He added that for his family, the focus is on either family or work, without distractions outside these spheres. According to Adani, when one understands that life is short and we are all mortal, it becomes simpler to find fulfillment and balance.
His comments come amidst a larger debate around work culture, especially after Infosys founder NR Narayana Murthy advocated for a 70-hour work week, stating that India needs to work harder to compete with global economies. Adani's perspective offers a different approach, focusing on the importance of personal contentment rather than adhering to strict work hour expectations.
