Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has his new theatrical release, Fighter which debuted in theaters on the occasion of Republic Day. The film has opened on a okayish note at the box office.
As per reports, the film has collected in the range of Rs 21 crores nett in India on its opening day which is an alright number but not in the range of a Hrithik Roshan starrer level.
The film is directed by Siddharth Anand and it opened to a pretty decent word of mouth. It is likely to benefit from the good reviews and go on a fine run at the box office over the weekend.
Hrithik Roshan earlier delivered a blockbuster with War and this film is another actioner that has struck a right chord at the box office. It has Deepika Padukone in the female lead role.
