Naga Chaitanya seemed really excited about the prospect of tapping into the OTT market with his maiden web series, Dhootha which is funded by Amazon Prime Video and is made in multiple languages.
However, this series has been in the making for a long time now and here is finally a positive update on the same.
Chaitanya's Dhootha will be made available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video in multiple languages from the 1st of December. An official communication to this effect will be made by Amazon Prime in some time now.
Dhoota will have a total of 8 episodes in the first season and each of these episodes will have a run-time of 40 minutes.
Dhootha is directed by Vikram Kumar and it is a horror thriller. Chaitanya is said to be excited about his OTT debut with this Amazon original show and he will aggressively promote the same ahead of its release.
