Not so long ago, JanaSena chief Pawan Kalyan had announced that he would be going on a bus yatra across the stretch of Andhra Pradesh. He even prepared a special rig-like vehicle, Varahi for his political tours in Andhra Pradesh.
But after the high drama, Pawan Kalyan has turned silent and there is not even a remote trace of the Bus Yatra now.
As per the latest narrative, we are hearing that there's a calculated reason behind Pawan turning silent in Andhra Pradesh politics. Amidst growing speculations that an alliance between TDP and JanaSena looks likely before 2024 election, Pawan has apparently decided to stay low while Nara Lokesh is on his Padayatra.
While Lokesh is on the Pada Yatra, any movement from other opposition parties might lead to diversion of attention. And hence, Pawan is maintaining strategic silence, it seems.
There are reports that Pawan might turn active again once Lokesh is done with his Yatra. This is an educated move of silence, say reports.
