There's been a long standing talk in the Telugu film industry that Mahesh Babu was not entirely pleased with Thaman's work for Sarkaru Vaari Paata. Apart from Kalaavathi, there wasn't a single chartbuster from the album. The BGM wasn't as effective either in the final cut.
The latest news is that Mahesh is not entirely pleased with Thaman's work for SSMB28 and this has become a new headache.
Trivikram who previously worked with Thaman for Ala Vaikunthapurramulo. a musical blockbuster is fully satisfied with Thaman's body of work but Mahesh isn't pleased with it, it seems.
Apparently not a single song that Thaman composed for SSMB298 has been approved by Mahesh till now.
Without the approval of a superstar like Mahesh, there will be no progress in the music department. So, if Thaman fails a way to impress Mahesh in the near future, there is a chance that he might be replaced in SSMB28.
