Heart attacks and strokes have been on an alarm int rise in India and the latest victim for the same is Bollywood veteran, Sushmita Sen
Sushmita suffered a heart stroke a couple of days ago and she has now penned a note to briefly describe her experience.
“Keep your heart happy & courageous, and it’ll stand by you when you need it the most. I suffered a heart attack a couple of days back. Angioplasty done. stent in place.” The actress revealed on her Instagram handle.
“And most importantly, my cardiologist reconfirmed ‘I do have a big heart’ Lots of people to thank for their timely aid & constructive action” she went on to add.
Sushmitha went on to conclude “That all is well & I am ready for some life again!!! I love you guys beyond!!!! #godisgreat #duggadugga (sic)."
The actress is fine now and is recovering. A heart stent has been put in place to help regulate her heartbeat.
