Young Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw is caught in a road side brawl controversy. There were first reports that a gang attacked Prithvi after he refused to take selfies with them. The narrative has changed completely now, as the gang alleges that Prithvi was the one who created the fight in the first place.
A girl named Sapna Gill who Is primarily seen in the video pertaining to the incident has even alleged that she was touched in her private parts during the fight.
“We didn’t beat anyone, neither we asked money. They put the wrong allegations about us. I didn’t ask for any selfies. We were enjoying ourselves, so my friend tried to make a video. I saw that they(Prithvi and his men) were beating my friend, Sapna told Times of India.
Sapna added that she went there and stopped them. “My friend tried to make a video to show the proof. They beat me with a baseball after I tried to save my friend. One or two people hit me & touched my private part, and even slapped me.”
Sapna went on to add that “We tried to stop them at Airport. Prithvi & his friend called the crowd and tried to run. They were aggressive and drunk. They apologized to us. But on Feb 16, I got to know that FIR has been filed against me, so I also submitted a complaint on Feb 20.”
