Ram Pothineni and Boyapati Sreenu have come together for Skanda which is releasing today. The film has now witnessed the worst possible advance bookings.
The film saw vacant seats in almost 80% of the screens it was releasing in Hyderabad. The situation is no different in other parts of the Telugu states either.
The situation is slightly better in the USA as it has collected $50K and is likely to become the biggest opener for Ram in his career.
Skanda is getting off to a worst start in the Telugu states with the utterly poor bookings and it has to be seen if the fiml can fare any better in the later shows. For that, the word of mouth and the reviews will hold the key.
The low-key promotions have come back to haunt the film and that is clearly showing in the case of these utterly poor bookings for the early shows on its opening day.
