Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who has been the target of multiple death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, recently opened up about how he copes with the situation. Speaking at a press meet in Mumbai, Salman said he places his trust in God and believes that whatever lifespan is written for him, he will live accordingly.

Despite the growing threat to his life — including a firing incident outside his Bandra residence in 2023 — the 59-year-old actor remains composed. His residence is now fortified with bulletproof glass, and his security detail has been heavily upgraded.

Sharing the toll it takes, Salman remarked that having to move with a large security entourage has made his daily life more complicated. “Now it's just from Galaxy (home) to shoot and back,” he said, referring to his limited mobility due to the threats.

The Bishnoi gang reportedly holds a grudge against Salman for his involvement in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case, as the blackbuck is considered sacred in the Bishnoi community.

Salman is currently gearing up for the release of his mass-action film Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss. The film, set to release on March 30, also stars Kajal Aggarwal and Rashmika Mandanna. Murugadoss highlighted the unique challenges faced during filming, especially managing crowds of up to 20,000 people while maintaining tight security for the star.

With Sikandar building buzz and the actor continuing under heavy surveillance, Salman Khan’s life and work remain deeply intertwined with both admiration and concern.
