Media baron and the commander in chief of Eenadu Publications and several other companies, Ramoji Rao has sadly passed away at a private hospital in the early hours of 8th June.
Reportedly, Ramoji Rao who got admitted to the hospital earlier in the day on 7 June was kept on ventilator before he passed away at 4:50 AM on the 8th of June.
This came as a tragic update to the followers of the legendary media mogul who has been with the Telugu community for nearly 50 years through the Eenadu Media group.
Ramoji, 87 is a native of Krishna district and he owns and operates Ramoji Film City. He is one of the wealthiest and highly respected individuals in the Telugu community.
The final rites are scheduled to be held at the Ramoji Film City premises in Hyderabad on the 9th of June. The Telangana government has ordered full state honours for the event.
