The 8-acre property, built on a plot Kohli and his wife, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, purchased for Rs 19 crore in 2022, spans an impressive 10,000 square feet and is replete with world-class amenities such as a temperature-controlled pool, jacuzzi, and a bespoke kitchen. The villa was designed by the prestigious Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects, led by Phillippe Fouche, and constructed using Italian marble, Turkish limestone, and other premium materials, reportedly costing between Rs 10.5 crore and Rs 13 crore.
The couple also resides in a grand 7,171-square-foot Mumbai home valued at Rs 34 crore and Kohli owns a bungalow in Gurugram valued at Rs 80 crore.
