In a generous show of support for those affected by recent floods in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Nandamuri Balakrishna has announced a significant donation of Rs. 50 lakhs each to the Chief Minister’s Relief Funds of both states. This contribution is part of a broader effort by various film celebrities to provide aid and relief during this critical time.
Today, Balakrishna’s younger daughter, Nandamuri Tejaswini, met with Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to hand over the Rs. 50 lakh cheque. The meeting, which also saw the presence of Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Congress leader Jietender Reddy, highlighted Tejaswini’s commitment to supporting flood-affected communities. Chief Minister Reddy expressed his appreciation for the timely assistance from the Nandamuri family.
Beyond their philanthropic efforts, Tejaswini is also making waves in the film industry. She has announced her entry into film production with her brother Mokshagna’s debut project, directed by Prasanth Varma and produced alongside Sudhakar Cherukuri. The film is set to begin production soon, marking an exciting new venture for the Nandamuri family in cinema.
