The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) confirmed the aid consignment, reinforcing India's commitment to providing relief in conflict-affected regions."Extending Humanitarian Assistance to the People of Sudan. An Indian Coast Guard Ship Sachet departed today for Sudan, carrying a consignment of more than 2 tons of life-saving medicines, including anti-cancer drugs," the MEA stated.Earlier in the day, the Indian Coast Guard Ship Sachet also departed for Djibouti, transporting medical aid including 20 haemodialysis machines and a reverse osmosis (RO) plant to support healthcare facilities in the region.
