New Yorkers are being urged to delay all travel as a powerful winter storm brings a dangerous mix of snow, sleet, and ice to the region overnight. The National Weather Service (NWS) has placed millions across the Northeast under winter storm warnings and advisories, with hazardous conditions expected through Sunday morning.
