So in today's video I'll get down into the ideas that I think are really important when considering a private lesson with a BJJ coach or an instructional series.
It really boils down to being able to answer a very specific question before you buy the lesson or course. If you cannot answer this question, then you'll probably get subpar results from the private lesson or course. But if you have an answer, you'll be able to approach the information with focus and get the most from it.
