Just bought one myself, already had one from about 9 months ago, pretty good monitor, especially for HDR content, has locally dimming.
One of the recommended by Monitor Unboxed at sub-300 price range that has true HDR hardware.
Up side: pretty insane price for true HDR support. great color, ~1000 nits in HDR, has hardware dimming zones.
Down side: I find the stock require color adjustment, little too red on my previous one. No issue post color adjustment. Viewing angle can't compete w/ my Gigabyte IPS. little bells and whistles, input only has 2xHDMI (144hz tops), 1xDP (get the full 180hz), can't update firmware like my Gigabyte.
