Welcome to Sunset Salutations!
Join the Relentless Optimism community on SweatPals for an hour-long yoga and meditation practice in Pease Park. This offering caters to all levels of yogis and aims to build confidence and agency not only on the mat but beyond it.
Through movement that will likely be slower than you may experience throughout the rest of your week, we will sweat, stretch, strengthen, and — most importantly — smile.
We meet by the basketball courts. Be sure to give yourself time to park and bring a mat and water. A towel or blanket can also work if you don't have a mat.
