Anumeha Gupta studied Ayurveda with Vaidya Jay Apte as well as Mother Maya, a Vedic Monk. She is a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Speaker. She has devoted the past 9 years to educating audiences in the Bay Area as well as in India about Ayurvedic Medicine. Her transformational workshops and consultations have helped several people implement holistic tools to grow in self awareness, mind management, heal past trauma, overcome anxiety and depression and reclaim the energy to show up fully for their workplace and their families.
