- No Refunds will be issued for no-shows, missing the mandatory event check-in time, lost or misplaced wristbands, being denied entry into a venue for any reason or being denied welcome shots for any reason. Allowing access or giving out welcome shots is at the discretion of the bars and bartenders and depends on the individual circumstance.

- While we always do our best to work with the bars to ensure the best service, we can’t always guarantee that everyone gets the same service from the first to the last participant. The level of service will however always meet our minimum requirements.

- Depending on the situation, complimentary tickets to an upcoming event may be issued.
