Pawan Kalyan’s Latest Telugu Movie Updates on Hari Hara Veeramallu and OG

Pawan Kalyan’s Latest Telugu Movie Updates on Hari Hara Veeramallu and OG

Pawan Kalyan’s much-anticipated film Hari Hara Veeramallu has been facing consistent delays, causing concern among fans and the Telugu film industry. The latest updates indicate that the film’s release, previously expected much earlier, is now tentatively scheduled for March 28. While this delay has already created anxiety among Pawan Kalyan’s fans, an additional issue is brewing with the progress of his other upcoming project, OG.

The shooting for Hari Hara Veeramallu recently resumed under the direction of Jyothi Krishna. However, Pawan Kalyan has not yet participated in the latest filming schedule, which currently involves scenes being shot without him. According to insiders, only a few days of patchwork featuring Pawan Kalyan’s scenes are required to wrap up the film’s production. If the remaining shoot is completed as planned, Hari Hara Veeramallu could release in the final week of April or the first week of May. Any additional delays, however, may result in the film’s release being pushed as far as July.

The delay in Hari Hara Veeramallu is also affecting the progress of Pawan Kalyan’s other film, OG. Due to the distinct hairstyle that the actor sports in these two films, shooting for both simultaneously is impossible. As a result, Hari Hara Veeramallu must be completed first before production on OG can resume. This unavoidable delay has raised concerns about OG's timeline.

Interestingly, OG has secured a lucrative deal with Netflix for its theatrical release this year. The rights to the film have reportedly been sold after an agreement was reached on the pricing. However, if the film’s completion is delayed to 2026, there is a risk that Netflix may reduce the agreed-upon payment for distribution rights. To avoid this, the team is pushing to ensure the film is ready for release by Christmas, should they fail to meet Dussehra or Diwali deadlines. The interconnected nature of these projects has generated tension and uncertainty within the industry. Both fans and producers are closely monitoring the developments, hoping that the timelines can be managed effectively to avoid further setbacks.

Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan’s third major project, Ustaad Bhagat Singh, is facing fewer complications in comparison. Director Harish Shankar, who is leading the project, has been actively engaged in discussions with actors Ram Pothineni and Nandamuri Balakrishna regarding another upcoming film. Despite these talks, Harish Shankar is reportedly ready to shift his focus to Ustaad Bhagat Singh as soon as Pawan Kalyan’s schedule clears. However, progress on this film is largely dependent on how soon Hari Hara Veeramallu and OG are completed.

Industry insiders suggest that Pawan Kalyan is likely to make a final decision about how he will allocate his time to these projects by the end of this month. His upcoming commitments are expected to shape the production schedules of all three films, determining whether the actor’s busy calendar can accommodate these anticipated releases without additional delays. As the situation unfolds, fans of Pawan Kalyan are eagerly awaiting clarity on which of these projects will make it to theaters first. With Hari Hara Veeramallu, OG, and Ustaad Bhagat Singh all being major productions, Pawan Kalyan’s scheduling decisions will significantly impact the Tollywood calendar for 2025.For now, the primary focus remains on ensuring Hari Hara Veeramallu wraps up successfully, allowing OG to stay on track and meet its Netflix release commitment. Fans and industry experts alike are keeping a close watch, hoping that Pawan Kalyan’s strategic choices will bring these much-anticipated films to audiences without further setbacks.
