Tamil cinema is gearing up for one of its biggest Pan-India entertainers as Mookuthi Amman 2 begins production. Directed by Sundar C and starring Nayanthara in the lead role, the film is set to be a grand spectacle, produced by Vels Film International in association with Ivy Entertainment. Co-produced by Avni Cinemax (P) Ltd and Rowdy Pictures, the film is expected to elevate the franchise with high production values, stunning visuals, and a gripping storyline.The official launch of Mookuthi Amman 2 took place on March 6, 2025, with a grand ritual pooja ceremony. A highlight of the event was the extravagant set work, built at a cost of ₹1 crore, setting the stage for an ambitious cinematic experience.
