The much-awaited sequel to Akhanda is on the horizon with exciting updates for fans. After the success of the first film, Akhanda 2 promises to be another action-packed collaboration between Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Srinu. A significant change has occurred in the production process, as Miryala Ravinder Reddy, the producer of the first film, is not associated with the sequel. Instead, Akhanda 2 will be produced by 14 Reels Plus, with Balakrishna's daughter, Tejaswini, presenting the movie.
The change in producers was prompted by logistical reasons, as 14 Reels Plus had already secured Balakrishna’s dates. The transition between production houses was smooth, and both the director and producers worked efficiently to ensure everything went forward without any issues. Financial matters and content rights were fully sorted between the previous and new production teams.
