Bandla Ganesh is one interesting personality and everything related to him makes the headlines very often. Now, something very interesting happened with Bandla as he has been sentenced to 1 year jail term by a court in Ongole.
The magistrate court stated that Bandla Ganesh has been sentenced to 1 year in prison in a cheque bounce case today. He will have to serve the sentence over a cheque bounce case which has been in the hearing phase for a while now.
The victim claimed that Bandla Ganesh had given him a cheque of Rs 95 lakh earlier and defaulted on the clearance of the same. So criminal proceedings were started and Bandla is on the cusp of facing the wrath for the same.
It has to be seen how Bandla Ganesh will approach this situation henceforth with the jail term looking imminent for him.
