The makers of Salaar have finally acquired the desired permission from the governments of AP and Telangana for the additional hike in ticket prices and also additional shows across the twin Telugu states.
Coming to the point, Salaar has opened the advance bookings in the Telugu states and they have started off on a stellar note across the belt.
The initial surge for the advance tickets was such that online ticketing platform Book My Show crashed minutes after the advance bookings of Salaar opened. This shows the kind of mass reception the film is getting in the Telugu states.
Salaar causing a crash of Book My Show has become a talking point on social media and the ticketing portal apologized for the crash. The issue was rectified later and the film has now started the advance bookings on a conventional note.
The Prabhas starrer is well on course to set non-RRR new records in terms of openings in the Telugu states. It is expected to start on a bright note in the Hindi belt as well.
