It is established that the YCP government is hell bent on keeping TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu behind bars in whatever scam case they can pit against him.
While Naidu is already on remand with regard to the AP skill scam, there are other cases like Inner Ring Road scam and Fiber grid scam, along with Angallu violence cases that are filed against him.
Now, YCP senior Vijayasai Reddy has revealed that there is a chance that Chandrababu could get disqualified as an MLA and he could even be barred from contesting in the election for 6 years if he is found guilty in the skill development scam now.
"The matter is in the court, the evidence is presented, and the accused has been arrested. Why is the TDP scared of a trial? Let #ChandrababuNaidu have his day in court, if the courts decide, he may walk free, but if convicted he shall be disqualified as an MLA and debarred from fighting elections for the next 6 years." Vijayasai Reddy tweeted out.
If CBN really is disqualified as an MLA and barred from contesting in the election for 6 years, it would be a huge development in AP politics. But for that to happen, Naidu has to be proven guilty first.
