Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu had been looking to forge a bonding with Pawan Kalyan's JanaSena for a long time now. This time around, he has come to the defense of Pawan Kalyan's latest film, Bro.
In a new public meeting in Pulivendula today, Chandrababu spoke briefly about the YCP government targeting Bro.
"While Andhra Pradesh is struggling due to the lack of development and other progressive activities, this irrigation minister (Ambati Rambabu) is holding a press meet about Bro's collections. This is beyond pathetic. Why are they so bothered about that film?" CBN said in the meeting as he addressed the public.
Naidu added that the YCP government is more focused on Pawan Kalyan's films than on the development projects in the state.
Naidu's comments are now getting lapped up by Pawan's fans who are pleased that the TDP chief came to their defense at the right time. Meanwhile, Ambati Rambabu is complaining about the financial mishaps in the production of Bro to the Enforcement Directororate of India.
