Vimanam, an intense social drama featuring versatile actor Samuthirakani in the lead role had its theatrical release very recently.
The film was appreciated as an honest attempt by a section of the crticis and it did manage to cater to a section of netizens.
The latest news is that the film is headed for its OTT release now. Here is an interesting update in this context.
Vimanam will be made available for streaming on ZEE5 from the 30th of June. This is a tentative update for now and an official confirmation on the same could be out soon.
The film is directed by Siva Prasad and its plot reads "A young boy's biggest dream is to travel on a flight, and his father works tirelessly to make his dream come true."
The film didn't get much recognition at the box office and we should see if it can fare any better on OTT now.
