Bollywood veteran star Amitabh Bachchan reportedly suffered a bad injury on the sets of his ongoing film, Project K which has Prabhas in the central role.
Amitabh took to his blogging portal to reveal that he suffered an injury while filming an action sequence in Project K and he is currently recovering from the same at his house in Mumbai.
In the blog post, Amitabh wrote "In Hyderabad at shoot for Project K, during an action shot, got injured, rib cartilage popped broke & muscle tear to the right rib cage. Cancelled shoot, did doctor consult & scan by CT at AIG Hospital in Hyderabad & flown back home,"
Amitabh went on to state that he will return to the sets only after he is back to full fitness as he wrote "strapping has been done and rest been advocated .. yes painful .. on movement and breathing .. will take some weeks they say before some normalisation will occur .. some medication is on also for pain."
The veteran actor is currently resting at his house and he will return to film shoots only at a later point in time.
