Tollywood box office will see a three-way clash this Sankranthi season with three films - Waltair Veerayya, Veera Simha Reddy, and Varasudu gearing up for release.
Incidentally, Dil Raju is blocking a substantially high number of theaters for dubbed film Varasudu, much to the amusement of Telugu audience.
In a recent interview, Dil Raju mentioned one point "Vijay is the bigger star in Tamil and the theatrical returns of his last five films regardless of the reviews have made big bucks at the Tamil box office. So, I requested Tamil film distribution houses to allot more theaters for Vijay's film over Ajith's film".
Now, Netiznes are counter questioning Dil Raju over his own logic. "You're saying Vijay is a bigger star than Ajith in Tamil Nadu and so he should get more theaters. Then by your own logic, Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna are bigger stars in Telugu states. Then shouldn't they get much higher screens than Vijay?" a netizen commented.
But in the meanwhile, Raju is busy, blocking a good number of theaters for Varasudu in AP and Telangana.
