NRIPage | Box Office | Virupaksha Glimpse: Sai Dharam Tej’s Mystical Rural Drama | Get Indian Desi Movie News. Latest Buzz about Indian Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Hollywood & other upcoming movies - NRI Page
The makers of Sai Dharam Tej’s Virupaksha have unveiled the first glimpse video of the film and it goes on to confirm that the Karthik Varma directorial is a mystical rural drama.
One of the mainstays in the video is Jr NTR’s voiceover. His trademark vocal renditions give an introduction to the theory behind superstitions and rural belief systems.
Then comes the action part with Sai Dharam Tej. He looks a shade skimmer in the glimpse video and there’s a fair bit of action part associated with the same.
Sai Dharam Tej evidently plays the lad who is set out on a mission to break the mystical beliefs of a rural village in the Telugu states. This is a rather fresh and untapped concept in Telugu cinema. But a lot will depend on how it is presented on the big screens.
The film is up for release on the 21st of April and it will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. Karthik Varma is directing the film and Sukumar is providing the screenplay. SVCC are funding the project.
